The event, held in the school playground, was guided by our dedicated Physical Training Instructors (PTIs) – Ms. Radhika Sharma and Ms. Reshma Subba. - The event was conducted in the esteemed presence of Headmaster Shri Bala Ram Subba and Assistant Headmaster Shri T.R. Dahal, who both commended the excellent coordination by the PTIs and the enthusiastic participation of the students.
- In his address, HM Shri Bala Ram Subba spoke on the importance of adopting yoga as a daily practice, especially for students to enhance mental clarity, physical health, and emotional stability.
